What Is the Marking Scheme in NEET PG 2023?

Mode of examination: There will be a Computer-based Examination in NEET PG 2023 

Total Number of Questions and Type: NEET PG exam consists of 200 Multiple Choice Questions(MCQs)

The NEET PG Question paper has been divided into three parts:

  1. Part A – 50 Questions
  2. Part B – 100 Questions
  3. Part C – 150 Questions

Marking Scheme 

Response Marks 
Correct Answer +4 Marks (Shall be awarded)

Total Marks will be 800 for 200 Multiple Choice Questions.

The English language shall be the medium of instruction in the exam paper.

NEET PG Weightage 2023

NEET PG 2023 weightage pattern has not changed, but NBE reduced the number of questions to 200 from 300. Furthermore, the total number of marks decreased, from 1200 to 800. 

NEET PG question paper has followed the previous year’s examination weightage. The question paper is divided into 3 parts, marks and questions have been distributed according to the pattern.
