NCHM JEE

National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination, or NCHMCT JEE, also known as the NHCM JEE, is a national-level entrance exam performed to offer admission to students in hospitality and hotel administration courses. NCHM JEE is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA), and it is conducted once a year. There are 39 colleges taking part in total. 

The institutes integrated with NCHMCT offer B.Sc.(Hospitality & Hotel Administration) courses jointly with the Indira Gandhi National Open University. The three-year (six semesters) program equips students with all the required skills, knowledge, and attitude to efficiently discharge supervisory responsibilities in the hospitality sector.

Admission to the programs is through the NCHM JEE exam. The NCHM JEE score is approved by all the institutes participating for admission to the B.Sc.  (HHA) programs that are offered by their respective institutions.

NCHM JEE Exam 2023

For students who are going to submit an application under the General and OBC categories, the upper age limit is 25 years as of the year of admission. In the case of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe, the highest age limit is 28 years as of the year of admission.

Except for the English Language section, the test paper is bilingual; that is, all questions are available in both English and Hindi. NCHMCT JEE 2023 comprises 200 multiple-choice questions. Each correct answer carries 4 marks while for every incorrect answer, 1 mark will be reduced. Candidates have to answer multiple types of questions.
